At Sonu Mobile World, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Return & Refund Policy explains the conditions under which returns and refunds are accepted.

2. Eligibility for Return

You may request a return if:

The product received is damaged or defective

The wrong product was delivered

The product has a manufacturing defect

Return requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in original condition

All accessories, manuals, and original packaging must be included

Original invoice/receipt must be provided

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

Used or damaged products (after delivery)

Products without original packaging

Accessories like earphones, chargers, cables (if opened)

Software or digital products

Products purchased under special discount or clearance sale

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned product:

If approved, refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

Refund will be made through the original payment method

In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), refund will be transferred to your bank account

5. Replacement Policy

In case of manufacturing defects, we may offer:

Replacement of the product

Or service support as per brand warranty terms

For branded smartphones, customers may need to visit the authorized service center as per the company’s warranty policy.

6. Return Shipping

If the return is due to our mistake (wrong/damaged product), return shipping will be borne by Sonu Mobile World.

In other cases, customers may be responsible for return shipping charges.

7. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before shipping.

Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed.
